Kicked it off today. Just had low fat milk x 1 pkt and carrot juice x 1 pkt for lunch. wahahaha. i am laughing because i am SURE i will get hungry within 2 hours.

Yes I did not go lunch with my colleagues, and i will not be going lunch with them this week. This week is INTENSE dieting. I am now contemplating if i shuld work out on my machine everyday this week. Next week onwards, I will go eat with them, but I will just have yong tau hu soup with no rice/ noodles. Where there are no yong tau hu, I will have fish soup.

so, i'm back in office early! nothing much to do...i'll bring my BSF homework to do tomorrow!
