i shall buy fruits on the way to work every morning.
I pass by a fruits stall whenever i walk to the mrt station. This morning, I bought 2 slices of papaya and 2 slices of water melon. Shall eat those in office today. Not going out for lunch, I've brought my ER book to do revision.

I will usually drink a cup of coffee (added with my Anlene powder), 1/3 cup of ginseng and a ginkgo pill every morning before i go to work. That will keep me full for prob 3 hours, then i will feel hungry at around 1030am. will prob take a piece of fruit every now and then just to keep my hunger pangs away.
i also brought my cheese slices to work, for my savoury cravings. :)
a habit takes 6 weeks to form. I shall adopt the above eating habit for 6 weeks.
