I feel much better after an unexpected chat with Deborah, a sister from church. She saw my post about overcoming bondage of negative thoughts and asked me how i was over facebook chat late last night just as I was about to go to bed (feeling depressed). Talking it out loud to someone really helps u know, and today, i feel much better. I now realise why i am so pissed off at work and hence i am now able to react better. I prayed frantically this morning "God, please guide me today at work. Please please please!" and I think it's really working :)
Gonna be another busy saturday tomorrow, but i guess it's a happy kind of busy coz i love to spend time with my girl. She has finished reading Madagascar 2 novel and has just finished Compositions for Primary 1 and 2. She reads so fast that sometimes I wonder if she does read every word or if she understands the story fully... But anyhow, it's time to get her some more proper story books without pictures! Maybe can go library borrow, then no need to worry about bookshelf space (which current hubby is also using for his law books)..but quite troublesome, coz need to return (LOL).
Lunchtime soon.. time for my yummy salad which i prepared from home this morning. I love it, but it doesnt really make me feel full, so i gotta supplement it with another cup of oatmeal.. But today my new jeans a bit tight, so i think i may not have the oat haha.
OH u know, i've stopped taking the schisandra berry drink, since maybe 3 weeks ago. And I am really glad to say I am still staying energetic :) I stopped coz it tastes quite acidic and i am worried that it may hurt my teeth enamel. There are other benefits too (being a good adaptogen i.e. it helps u adapt to your environment hence alleviating your stress....OH NO IS IT BECOS I STOPPED TAKING IT THATS WHY I AM FEELING SO STRESSED NOWADAYS.... So i think i should continue..soon...
