To make my diet easier, i have decided to just have instant cereal (133 calories) every weekday for lunch, from now on.

Breakfast - Kopi-O with 2 spoonfuls Anlene low-fat powder
Lunch - Instant Cereal & Small cup of coffee
Dinner - Meat, Veg, Soup (no rice)

As for weekends... really very tough not to eat.. I will refrain from eating for these 3 weeks, before CNY. I really need to lose some weight for buffer during CNY and Korea trip!
