Dunno why, I feel so exhausted today.. I'm in bed now in fact. Its 1218am already anyway. Gotta be up at 7 later to get ready for church!
I'm so proud of myself. 2.5 weeks of zero rice, noodles, bread, cereal etc!! My cravings for these foods are no longer there and I dun feel hungry that much anymore. My clothes are looser, and my bowels have improved by leaps and bounds. I intend to keep it this way, as a lifestyle. Of cos there will b occasions where I will take some carbo, like e upcoming fei Lou ship dinner and also my malacca trip. But I will definitely get back to my non-carbo diet again after that!
As for lunch, I will go out w my colleagues on Tue and Thur. Other than that, I intend to just have either fruits or milk. The reason is, I no longer have drastic hunger pangs. Just a minor dull twist in my tummy when I feel hungry. So I actually don't need to eat a full meal for lunch de.
