sudden flow of words

time to trim my hair. it's getting atrociously long and troublesome.

was jus chatting with my BSF discussion leader last evening. she was asking me about my degree and how i managed to cope with the stress of having to manage work, studies and family at the same time. I told her that it's actually many blessings from God along the way. my grades are simply too good to be true, and i don't think i am that intelligent, really. It must be God! I was telling her, i dunno whether to regret or not regret taking this degree, coz i cut down on my time spent with my girl. But on hindsight, I guess I should thank God for taking the degree, coz I end up appreciating the time spent with my girl now!! haha.

God is everywhere, just that we all don't see Him. God is in control of this universe, just that we fail to realize His presence in all His creation. I mean, who do you think created the trees, clouds and stars? U don't really think they are created by a certain collision of the protons, neutrons do you?

Many times I fail to let God be God, and I ended up making my own decisions and leading life my way. But recently, after spending more time in prayer and bible study, it's really not difficult to realise that letting our Creator take the lead is the wisest way to live. He has THE plan for us, so why are we making things difficult for ourselves by insisting on our own impulsive decisions and then realizing that we have made a wild goose chase?

Of coz, THAT plan for us isn't a guaranteed path to a bed of roses and vaults of gold. It involves strict discipline, tough training and rejecting secular wants. But it's a guaranteed path to eternal salvation, and experiencing endless joy & peace!
