1st week of my staple-less diet

I believe I have mentioned about going staple-less a few months back. However that lasted for just a few days and I always found ways to cheat and end up going back to my rice again.

Since last Wed, I stopped taking carbohydrates, including rice, noodles, bread, sweets etc. The first 2 days were mainly liquid with some fruits. 3rd day onwards, I started taking solids e.g. yong tau foo soup, yogurt, veg and meat.

Today marks my 7th day. Besides feeling lethargic, I feel quite weak too. lol.
Yesterday onwards, my diet plan has been:
~
Breakfast 830am - low fat milk x 1 pkt or yogurt x 1 cup
Lunch 1pm - Yong tau foo soup
Dinner 730pm - Soup w veg & meat
~
I am wondering if I am still eating too much... will I lose more weight? I've shed 2 kg, 6 kg more to go. I must not give in!!!!
