couchy weekend

My English class with her. The workbook was a bit tough coz it involved whole words and she hasn't learnt that stage yet in her phonics class.

she's so loved by everyone in the family!

The weekend was relatively relaxed. Saturday morning was our usual routine where we sent our girl to her phonics class. Hubby and I then went to SSC for our usual KPT mixed rice lunch. I went to Popular and bought this thick Animal Facts book for my girl (and she loves it!!). Hubby went for his haircut too.

Hubby and i then went for our core team meeting at SP's place in the evening. As usual, it was all fun and nice, horsing around and at the same time serious too, coz our CG leaders are gg USA and we needed to make some plans. I'm glad I'm in this CG and I really appreciate everyone in there for bringing much joy and support to my life.

Sunday (yesterday) was basically a nua day for me and my girl. Not so for hubby, coz he played MJ right after the core team meeting on Sat all the way until 6am Sun morning. Then after service, he went off to my MIL place for MJ again at 4 until 8pm. My girl and I stayed at home through out, I went through some English worksheets with her and read the animal book with her too. She is so fascinated by a certain picture of a few lions surrounding a dead zebra whose body has been torn into parts. She kept telling us 'the zebra died already'! I asked her 'Are you scared?' coz i was worried that she might have nightmares.

She replied 'No, it's just a book'.
