realised that i need to keep a steady pace when exercising. Previously, i always start 'high', and i ended up losing steam within 10 min and then dreading it after that. Last night, I started off slow and kept a relaxed pace thru out 20 minutes. I also listened to Fung's songs, and time passed faster!

Friday, finally. it's gonna be a relaxed weekend!!
