I've been with FF for a year already. There were no activity during the 1st 6 months. The 1st event was in end January this year, when Fung came to SG for the Starhub Awards at Ritz Carlton. 2nd was last Saturday, when Fung came to SG for Nugeno Cool Men Search.

About half of the members are students while the other half are working adults like me. Maybe more students than working adults actually. All members are whole-hearted and faithful to Fung, which I find it very impressive. Nearly everyone will be at the airport to welcome him, and to send him off after the event, and they get to take individual photos with him, and spend the most treasured few minutes with Fung up close and personal before he leaves.

I haven had the privilege of doing that as weekends are usually busy for me. At first I felt bad as I was worried that I would appear half-hearted. I also felt sad that I wasn't able to take individual picture with him. But now I've come to terms with that and I feel really relieved that I've sorted things out within myself.

It is obvious that if I have time to spare after work, the very next person/s I would like to spend time with, is my family, which is my hubby and my 4-yr-old girl. There is really nothing else that can replace these 2 people in my life.

However as a FF member, I have the responsibility to attend events and I will definitely do that because I want to support Fung whenever he is in SG. I guess the reason for me being a member, is to be in the loop of his latest news and also to show him my support. Seeing him up close and personal (i.e. personal benefits) is secondary and if I am in FF for this reason, it's the wrong reason.

After I finish my studies this mid August, I will focus on church ministry and educating my girl. Need to start planning!!
