One of my staff in my dept took urgent leave last Thursday, then yesterday again. WTF!! All his work was passed to me n my buddy. Couldn't wait for him to come back do coz we had deadlines to meet n also he would complain if we leave work for him.

He is new, junior, n he has complained to HR no less than 3 times abt the " ill treatment " he has gotten. Not meaning to judge, but he is proud, unwilling to learn n change, impulsive, immature n definitely not a team player. I've spoken to him on personal terms as we are both Christians, but he chose to follow his emotions instead. Maybe his age plays a part too, he's 22 n already a father of a baby boy.

Sighh I dunno man, I'm quite sick of all this shit. My exams are around the corner, I hope I can just go off on the dot everyday to study. Yesterday I went off only at 7pm just to clear half his work. My buddy took over after that.

I mean, people work in an office because they wanna work office hours. If everyone does their part, everyone is happy n gets off on time. If one doesn't play their part, everyone gets pissed off coz they gotta stay back to do extra. Simple teamwork logic!!!

Really, this job isn't conducive for people who r studying. I dun tink I can accomplish much until this thur when i'm on leave. :(
