Today's my first day without RICE. i had plenty to eat though, from the leftovers that my mum prepared yesterday for my relatives who came over for dinner. broccoli, 'suan', stewed chicken, soup, fugui veg with sheng yu, roast duck etc. i just went without rice. and this shall go on until i reach my desired weight. I am pretty determined this time round. getting pissed off in fact, with the way i look now.
