Good News: I managed to wake up at 6am!
Bad News: I exercised for 8 minutes, I ended up resting for 20min because I think I overstrained myself and had a horrible giddy spell. Think my body (which was barely awake) underwent a shock.
Decision: I will still wake up at 6am, but to do QT instead.
Question: Then when the heck can I exercise?!
