ACV

i've drank 2 days of ACV, and i noticed the following -

- i pee more
- i dun get hungry easily
- my bones started to ache (perhaps too acidic?)

but i tink its a good way to curb appetite! hehe.

something interesting i read from "A Shepherd Looks at Psalm 23"..

"But the person who is willing to pocket his pride, to take a back seatm to play second fiddle without a feeling of being abused or put upon has gone a long way onto new ground with God.
